A 66-year-old woman from California has reportedly died while snorkeling in Honolulu, Hawaii.

On Sunday, April 26, Jian-Ping Sun, from the city of Campbell in the San Francisco Bay Area, was found unresponsive in Hanauma Bay at around 9:30 a.m. local time, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, SFGATE and Hawaii News Now.

Lifeguards spotted that Sun was unconscious around 10 feet away from the shore, NBC Bay Area reported. They performed CPR, but she was sadly later pronounced deceased at the hospital…
