PENSACOLA, Fla. — The City of Pensacola says it has received a significant amount of complaints from residents about damage to right-of-way property.
Pensacola Mayor D.C Reeves said AT&T and T-Mobile are installing fiber optic lines on city right-of-way property. His office has received calls about properties being damaged. Some homeowners claim they now have damaged water lines, communication lines and landscaping.
