PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pensacola man who was previously convicted of a felony has been indicted on new charges.
Mobile lounge assault leaves one injured, police say
According to a Department of Justice news release, 43-year-old Jesse Allen Hudson was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, and one count of possession of an unregistered firearm.
Hudson’s trial has been scheduled for June 15.
