SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Two smoke shops in San Diego have been placed under a temporary restraining order due to allegations that they were selling marijuana without proper licenses.
According to a news release from the San Diego City Attorney on Wednesday, Mira Mesa Smoke and Vape, Inc. and Prime Smoke & Vape were ordered immediately to stop selling marijuana products until they comply with state and city licensing requirements.
