LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man convicted of attempted child abuse was sentenced to prison on Tuesday.
A Lancaster County District Court judge sentenced 31-year-old Travis Hohbein to 15 to 20 years in prison. He was given 452 days’ credit for time served.
Hohbein had initially been charged with child abuse, but the charge was amended after he took a plea agreement. Three other charges — two counts of first-degree assault and a second count of child abuse — were dismissed…
