The market for existing homes in Lafayette Parish seems to be bouncing back as the total sold this year is the highest since interest rates reached historic lows.
There were 552 sold through March, the most since 2022 and a 20% bump over last year, according to data from Bill Bacque with Market Scope Consulting.
