Oregon State Police identified the driver who died in an early-morning crash south of Silver Falls State Park on April 29 as 18-year-old Adrian Ramos Monroy of Salem.
Police said that Monroy was driving south on Highway 214 near milepost 22 at a “high rate of speed” at 1:48 a.m. when the Subaru WRX he was driving left the road for an unknown reason.
