BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — Birmingham city leaders are moving toward potentially shutting down a nightclub after a recent shooting and a history of police calls raised concerns about public safety.
During a Public Safety Committee meeting this week, council members questioned the management of Nana Funks about a series of incidents tied to the business over the past year.
