BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — A long-vacant property in Birmingham’s Smithfield community could soon see new life.
Plans are moving forward to redevelop the former Graymont School site, located across from Legion Field, into a mixed-use development that will include affordable housing, senior living and an early learning center.
