Rochester police last night stopped a man on Reynolds Street Wednesday night suspected of menacing someone with a handgun, and they confiscated a nine millimeter “ghost gun” loaded with ten rounds.
The 29-year-old suspect, Christopher Singleton, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
