Houston is under a Flood Watch through Saturday morning, and storms could bring heavy rain alongside risks of large hail, damaging winds and even an isolated tornado.
The National Weather Service Houston-Galveston Office issued a Flood Watch beginning at 3 a.m. this morning and lasting through 4 a.m. on Saturday. The watch effects areas generally along and north of I-10.
