LUBBOCK, Texas — The Texas Tech Police Department is investigating a crash after a single-vehicle rollover wreck happened on Texas Tech University property that left one person dead.
Texas Tech Police Department said officers responded to the 1500 block of Knoxville Avenue at approximately 1:23 a.m. early Friday morning after receiving a report of the crash. Upon arrival, officers located one male occupant, who was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS.
