TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A former pet groomer at Prancin’ Paws Pet Spaw could face charges after a viral video surfaced that appears to show the abuse of an animal.
Now, due in part to intense community backlash, Marana police have presented the case to the town prosecutor for review.
