NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Lockport man was arrested in North Tonawanda after police say he attempted to solicit a minor for sex through a social media platform and later traveled to meet the victim.
Devon Kutis, 30, has been charged with one felony count of attempted rape.
