LANCASTER, Pa. — A student-designed message is now front and center along a busy Lancaster County roadway, all part of a larger effort to keep young drivers safe during a high-risk time of year.
The “No Excuses Youth Traffic Safety Billboard Design Contest” is an annual regional competition in Pennsylvania organized by the Center for Traffic Safety in partnership with State Farm.
