CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Water conservation isn’t easing in across the Coastal Bend, it’s slamming into place.
Local leaders are rolling out aggressive measures to cut usage, from inmates washing patrol vehicles with reclaimed water to City Hall considering a four-day work week to reduce daily demand.
