PennDOT maintenance forces will conduct pothole patching, litter removal and other maintenance work across Northampton County between Saturday, May 2 and Friday, May 7, affecting major highways and local roads.
Work will begin May 2 with pothole patching on Route 33 South in Plainfield Township between the Route 512 interchange and Belfast exit from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. A lane restriction will be in place during the work.
Interstate 78 will see multiple projects during the week. Beginning May 3, nighttime work will require moving lane restrictions between Exit 67 at Route 412 and Exit 75 at Route 611 from 11:45 p.m. to 8 a.m. through May 5.
