A residential property near Lake Cable sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The property on West Boulevard NW in Jackson Township sold for $1.25 million. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on about half an acre.
The real estate transfers cover April 4 to April 10.
