BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man was arrested following a narcotics investigation that uncovered suspected drugs, illegal weapons, and cash at two locations.
Jermaine Davis, 53, faces six counts of criminal possession of a weapon and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as one count each of tampering with physical evidence and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Davis was arrested after deputies with the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Intelligence Unit — who were assisted by the ATF Buffalo Violent Crime Task Force — executed a search warrant at two addresses on Andover Avenue, in Buffalo’s Kensington-Bailey neighborhood…
