OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – The Owensboro Police Department says one man is being charged after a gun went off Friday night.
Authorities say that just after 10:00 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a report of a firearm discharge in the 200 block of Heartwood Court.
