After 15 years as a beloved Fort Lauderdale brunch staple, Foxy Brown is getting ready to serve its last meals. The Victoria Park spot will close on Sunday, May 10, owner Elliot Wolf confirmed, following a stretch of rising costs and shifting dining patterns that made the space harder to sustain. Wolf shared the news on Instagram, writing, “After fifteen incredible years, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Foxy Brown,” according to Miami New Times. The outlet reports that the restaurant will close following Mother’s Day dinner service on Sunday, May 10.
