LAFAYETTE, La.– It’s nearly “Geaux Geaux, Fun Fun” time at the Cajundome in Lafayette as dates have been announced for the 2026 Cajun Heartland State Fair.
This year’s festivities will take place from Friday, May 22, through Sunday, May 31, 2026, on the grounds of the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana.
As always, there will be plenty of fun things to do and see. The fair features a fantastic carnival with rides and games, great family attractions including Dino Takeover & Mini Golf, Magic Mr. Nick, and new this year, Cowtown. Of course, there will also be the Coca-Cola Grandstand with awesome live music from local and regional acts. (The entertainment lineup will be announced soon.)
