EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Police say they arrested an Evansville man on charges of public nudity and public intoxication.
Around 8:30 Saturday night, Evansville Police were sent out to the Rooftop restaurant on NW Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard for a call of customer trouble.
The caller said that a male patron had urinated on the building twice and told employees to walk away (quote) “before it gets bad.” When police arrived, employees said that the man was running out the back door – that’s when officers caught up to him in a back alley and placed him in custody…
