Foggy Mornings, Sunny Afternoons
Low clouds and patchy valley fog are expected to hang around through midmorning before breaking up inland by midday. According to the National Weather Service, west-southwest winds will stay on the gentle side at about 2 to 10 mph, so the warmup later in the day comes mainly from clearing skies rather than any big wind shift.
