WHITE PLAINS – A Mount Vernon man has been indicted for allegedly striking his girlfriend on the head with a hammer several times, killing her.
Lisa Grier, 33, of Mount Vernon, was 28-year-old Joveair Brice’s girlfriend and a paraprofessional employed by the New York City school system.
