ENGLEWOOD — In February, SKY Academy Englewood launched its first weather balloon with a local ham radio club.
Two months later, the balloon is still soaring, with the groups celebrating its fifth circumnavigation of the Earth amid blackouts, signal scrambling over international conflicts and zero-wind stillness.
