The activity included 8,664 square feet of industrial/office-warehouse space, 8,568 square feet of retail space, and 1,894 square feet of office space. The largest retail lease was United Optum Real Estate, LLC for 5,220 square feet at 5330 E. Broadway Blvd., with Dave Hammack of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord and David Montijo of CBRE representing the tenant. The largest industrial/office-warehouse lease was DR Air LLC for 2,646 square feet at 2802 N. El Burrito Ave., handled by Max Fisher of BRD Realty. The largest office lease was Breadsmith for 1,054 square feet at Ventana Plaza, with Dave Hammack and Ryan McGregor of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord and Cory Lamb and Robert Lamb of Long Realty Company representing the tenant.
