LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster County man accused of trying to stab another man to death during an argument over the volume of his music will go to trial after waiving his preliminary hearing, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said Monday.
Jace Hatton, 21, is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief, possessing an instrument of crime, tampering with evidence, terroristic threats and institutional vandalism, prosecutors said. He waived an April 14 preliminary hearing before Judge Raymond Sheller.
