NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Update: The Metro Nashville Police Department reports that a 58-year-old pedestrian was hit and killed by a freight truck on East Trinity Lane at Gallatin Pike on Monday afternoon.
Preliminary investigation shows that the truck was attempting to make a right turn onto Gallatin Pike when the pedestrian came from behind a building onto the sidewalk.
