Guatemalan man indicted in Pensacola on illegal reentry, firearm possession charges

PENSACOLA, Fla. — A 24-year-old Guatemalan man is facing federal charges in Pensacola after a grand jury indictment alleging he returned to the United States after being removed and illegally possessing a firearm on Monday.

Selvin J. Tello-Perez was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of illegal reentry by a removed alien and possession of a firearm by an illegal alien.
