HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — Firefighters spent four hours battling an overnight railcar fire at a Hopewell paper mill on Sunday.
At 12:24 a.m. on Sunday, May 3, the Hopewell Emergency Communications Centerreceived a report of a building fire at Smurfit Westrock Paper mill, located at 910 Industrial St. in Hopewell.
