EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — Effingham County Sheriff’s Humane Enforcement is looking for information after a woman reportedly left a cat in the elections building on April 26.
The woman who allegedly left the cat was driving a black Honda sedan. The sheriff’s office said if you recognize the person, call 912-754-4195.
