Spencer Snodgrass and Diego Stephenson Carrasco, members of Scout Troop 41 in Solvang, have met the rigorous requirements for earning the prestigious Eagle Scout.
Eagle Scout is the highest rank awarded in Scouting. To earn the Eagle Scout award a Scout must earn 21 merit badges, including 14 specific mandatory badges, as well as a major community project that serves as a final step to receiving the Eagle Badge, troop leaders said.
