AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Amarillo Police Department reported that a police chase ended at the Pavilion at Northwest Texas Hospital Monday afternoon.
According to police, law enforcement attempted to stop a vehicle near Caprock. The driver refused to stop leading to a chase on I-40.
Police said the driver made his way to the Pavilion before getting out and trying to run on foot.
