Free wildfire debris drop-off in Eugene, Springfield May 4-7

EUGENE, Ore. – Eugene-Springfield Fire is offering residents a free three-day window to drop off wildfire fuels as part of Wildfire Awareness Month in May.

The fire department is asking people to collect branches and limbs on their property that could start fires. Between May 4 and 7, debris can be dropped off at two locations.
