ANN ARBOR — The Michigan Department of Transportation has closed Flex Route lanes in both directions on U.S. 23 between M-14 near Ann Arbor and 8 Mile Road near Whitmore Lake south of Brighton.
Crews are working to repair damaged communication fiber.
