LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — A garage fire was extinguished on Floyd Avenue South in Lehigh Acres Monday night.
According to the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District, the fire was determined to be unintentional and caused by a failure of a lithium-ion battery while charging.
Two adults and three cats are being assisted by the Red Cross for lodging, and there are no reported injuries…
