WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) – Construction is expected to begin soon at the former Gamble Estate site in Westwood as Great Parks moves forward with plans to redevelop the property for public use.
The site is currently being prepared for fencing to be installed.
Later this month, the former caretaker’s house and a greenhouse will be removed after Great Parks determined the buildings were unstable and unsafe for visitors and employees. The work is part of the Werk Road Master Plan, which was approved in October 2023…
