GEORGIA — The Tybee Island Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist that occurred early Tuesday morning.
According to police, officers responded around 8:05 a.m. to the area of Highway 80 and Miller Avenue after receiving a report of a bicyclist struck by a vehicle.
The injured bicyclist was transported to a hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released details about the extent of the injuries…
