TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Sahuarita man is facing several charges after allegedly assaulting his teen daughter and leading authorities on a chase on Sunday, May 3.
The Sahuarita Police Department said 41-year-old James Alan Springer was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct/fighting, criminal damage, threats and intimidation, unlawful flight from law enforcement, disorderly conduct involving a weapon, and carrying a weapon during the commission of a felony. Springer is being held in a medical observation unit in the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. His bond was set at $40,000.
