CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) A spree of car break-ins in downtown Charleston has sparked concerns about the age of the suspects.
Police began an investigation in March when several residents alerted officers to teenagers breaking into their cars. Investigators learned that teenagers in groups of 3 or 4 stole cash, credit cards, and 3 guns. 10 juveniles were identified and charged, ages ranging from 11 to 15 years old.
