Sanger West High School opens student commons with ribbon cutting

Sanger West High School marked a major expansion Tuesday morning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open its new student commons, a facility designed to give students a dedicated place to eat, study and gather.

The celebration included performances from the school’s band and cheer team as students, staff and community members gathered to mark the opening of the nearly 38,000-square-foot building.
