EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The East Grand Rapids City Commission is making a move they say will help the city keep up with the times.
On Monday, the commission approved updates to ordinances surrounding micromobility devices, which include E-scooters and E-bikes, and similar forms of transportation.
