The defense rested its case in the Morgan County murder-for-hire trial of Jaclyn Skuce without her taking the stand.
Skuce is accused of hiring a hitman to kill Anthony Sheppard, the father of their daughter. Logan Delp shot and killed Sheppard in 2020.
