Three Michigan communities will receive state funding to convert long-vacant downtown buildings into apartments and commercial space, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced Tuesday.
The Revitalization and Placemaking program will support mixed-use redevelopments in Hancock, Manistique, and Marshall, creating 15 new apartments and multiple commercial spaces.
