YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Two York County residents made pleas Monday in a case where they were accused of neglecting and leaving a woman, who suffered from dementia, in a dog pen while they took a vacation.
Brian Brady, 33, from Hanover, pleaded guilty to false/fraudulent medical assistance claim, financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person, and abuse of a care-dependent person, according to court records. His seven other charges were withdrawn.
Ashlee Brady, also 33 and from Hanover, pleaded guilty to perjury, financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person, and abuse of a care-dependent person. Six other charges were withdrawn.
