The newly refurbished and refreshed Market Square in Downtown Pittsburgh has some new policies in place as well.
The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and the City of Pittsburgh has implemented a temporary restriction that requires anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone over 21 years of age in Market Square during certain hours.
For now, that policy is in effect from Thursday through Sunday from 3pm to midnight…
