AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – A man was indicted in Randall County on April 29 after allegedly taking an invasive visual recording of another person in March.
According to court documents, 32-year-old Jordan Michael Minton was indicted on one count of “invasive visual recording” following an incident on March 14. Minton was accused of allegedly recording another person “with intent to invade” their privacy, while they had a “reasonable expectation of privacy” that a part of their body not be recorded for public view.

Minton’s bond was recommended at $500,000, according to court documents, with recommended conditions including not having contact with the person or anyone under the age of 17, not possessing a firearm or alcohol, and not using the internet to access social media networking sites.
