EUGENE, Ore. – Meet Ruby, a playful and lovable one-year-old torbie kitty who is looking for her purr-fect fur-ever home!
Greenhill Humane Society staffers said this young spayed kitty is very affectionate and loves to get ear scritches along with playing with favorite toys. She would likely enjoy having a kitty companion after a slow introduction but it’s unknown how well we’d do in a home with dogs or kids. Ruby came to the shelter as part of the rescue of more than 20 cats, including several that would make ideal barn cats. Ruby is very sweet but can be wiggly when handled, especially when trying to get her into a carrier.
