CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Mo. — A Springfield woman says she was severely injured after a Sparta man poured gasoline onto an active bonfire, causing a sudden flare-up, according to a petition filed Tuesday, May 5, in Christian County Circuit Court.
Aubrey Dye filed a verified petition to perpetuate testimony before action, naming Ian Letterman as the respondent. The petition says Dye expects to bring a negligence action for personal injuries but is not yet able to file that lawsuit.
